Policies & Store Updates

At Glowing with Hailey, we highlight certain policies that help to support and maintain our small business.

Cancellation & No Show Policy

A valid card is mandatory for all clients. A 48-hour notice is required via phone, text, or email for any cancellation without incurring any fees. Cancellations made outside of the 48-hour window will be charged 50% of the appointment cost. If you have multiple appointments scheduled and you cancel one but not the other outside of the window, half of the appointment fee will be tacked onto the completed service. Failure to notify or show up for the appointment will result in a 100% charge of the appointment fee.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued if there is an allergic reaction to a product or service that Hailey was made aware of and overlooked. If you're unsatisfied with the results of your service, notify Hailey within 24 hours of completed service so that she is able to remedy the issue. Opened products are unable to be refunded as they have been opened, used and contaminated.

Store Updates

As of January 1st, 2025, online booking will only be available to current clientele. If you have not been into GWH since before October you will not be considered an existing clientele, meaning if you would like to book an appointment you will need to reach out to me directly as an inquiry. I appreciate everyone's flexibility and understanding as I embark on my nursing school journey!
