Booking Policy:

All appointments are required to be booked through my booking site. If there are any questions or difficulties, please feel free to reach out to me at 910-660-6518. All forms must be completed upon arrival or contact Hailey to let her know you will need to come in early to complete the forms. 

 

Cancellation/No-Show Policy:

At Glowing with Hailey, we require a 24-hour cancellation notice. In the case of any last minute cancellations, your deposit won’t be refunded or we will charge the card on file for 50% of the appointment fee. In the case of a no-call-no-show, you will be charged for 100% of your appointment fee.

 

Refund Policy:

Refunds are only to be provided in the following cases: if you, the client, indicated on your intake form that you were allergic to a specific ingredient and Glowing with Hailey overlooks that fact and provide photo evidence of said reaction within 24 hours. If neither you nor Hailey are aware of an allergy then you are not subject to a refund for a service or product.
