Hailey has been a licensed esthetician since 2020, experience ranging from managing a boutique spa to providing intensive services such as chemical peels and DiamondGlow facials throughout the Raleigh-Durham area. Glowing with Hailey was founded in 2024 with the hope of bringing relaxation and self-care to the town of Oak Island. As a nursing student, Hailey hopes to enhance her services for all of her clients.

As a teenager, I struggled with severe acne with little to no help from doctors or over-the-counter products. When I started esthetics school, I learned about the root causes of acne and how to turn my skin around. After two months of consistent facials and a solid at-home routine, my skin cleared up and a dream was born. After four years of working in a variety of spas and positions, I decided it was time to endeavor out on my own and create the spa of my dreams. With the hope and intention of providing corrective skincare to anyone struggling with acne, acne scarring, photodamage and any other skin concern, I am hopeful in my journey to take the best care of my clients as possible.
